2014 C.R. Miller Memorial Match Play Invitational - July 28 & 29, 2014
Rolling Rock Club, Ligonier, PA



This note verifies your entry in the West Penn Golf Associationís C.R. Miller Memorial Junior Match Play Championship at the Rolling Rock Club, Ligonier, PA on Monday & Tuesday, July 28th & 29th.

We have a field of 16 contestants, and you will find groups and first round times enclosed. Day 1 will consist of 8 matches in the morning with the winners of those matches playing 4 matches in the afternoon. Day 2 will consist of the semi-final matches in the morning and the final match in the afternoon.

The course is located off Route 30 a few miles east of the town of Ligonier.

Lodging - The Latrobe & Ligonier area has various hotels available.

Caddies - All Players must walk. Players may carry their own bag or bring a caddie to the competition. A parent, stepparent, or guardian may not serve as a caddie. CADDIES MUST WALK IN PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES.

Food - The WPGA provides a light breakfast and lunch for players and caddies only. Parents and other guests may have lunch at their own expense. The Rolling Rock Club Club does not accept credit card or cash for food & beverage, so those who intend to have lunch must chargeback their bill to their respective club. If reciprocating club charge is not an option for a particular spectator they should contact the WPGA in advance to make payment arrangements.

Practice rounds are not available. Practice range balls are complimentary the morning of the competition.

Footwear - METAL CLEATS ARE PROHIBITED. THE PENALTY IS DISQUALIFICATION.

Rolling Rock Club Policies
Cell Phones: The use of cellular phones and other hand held electronic communication devices is not appropriate at Rolling Rock Club and their use will be limited to the following areas only:
-Guest room or guest house
-Clubhouse phone booth
-Inside a covered vehicle
This policy applies to the entire Club property including grounds, outdoor recreation areas and parking lots. It is a member's responsibility to advise their guest of this policy.

Dress Code: Appropriate attire is required for both competitors and spectators, cargo shorts or denim is not permitted.
