During the spring and summer, the United States Golf Association sponsors an internship for the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association. The program is named after the USGA former Director of Rules and Competitions, the late P.J. Boatwright, Jr.

Job Description

The program is a great opportunity for anyone considering golf as a career. Much of the work is outdoors with championships and course rating, plus related office work. The intern will also be doing other projects, becoming acquainted with regional golf associations and their missions.

If interested, contact the WPGA office right away. We will send appropriate forms and other related information promptly.

This is our 18th year with the USGA Intern Program.  Three have gone on to careers in golf administration.
