Semple Thompson named Curtis Cup
Captain July 2, 2005 Jeff Rivard, Executive Director (contact) Carol Semple Thompson from Allegheny Country
Club has been named the captain of next year's Curtis Cup. Carol has
won seven USGA titles; Women's Amateur (1973), Women's Mid-Amateur
(1990 and 1997), and four consecutive Senior Women's Amateurs
(1999-2002).
