Fink wins West Penn Public Links

Artie Fink, Jr. of Sinking Valley Country Club won the 6th West Penn Public Links held at the Links at Spring Church on Wednesday, July 20th with a 2-under par score of 142.

In addition to being one the the Association's top players, Artie is also a professional bowler.
