Jon Mills of Indiana, PA won the Canadian PGA Championship which is also a Nationwide Tour event with a score of 269 (-19) on Sunday July 24th.  Mills is now 5th on the Nationwide Tour money list and close to locking up his PGA Tour card for 2006.
