Greensburg's Arnold Cutrell was tied with
Sean Knapp as the 2004 Player
of the Year. This year, it was no doubt as the Pennsylvania Match
Play
champion totaled 703 points, nearly 300 ahead of runner-up David Brown,
Upper St. Clair.
In addition to the state title, Cutrell was runner-up in both the West
Penn Open and Amateur, and qualified for match play in the USGA
Mid-Amateur, among his strong showings throughout the year. Brown
won
the WPGA Tournament of Champions. Rounding out the top ten were

It was the first appearance on the Honor Roll for Rohanna and Van
Sickle,
the top two collegiate players in the area. Rohanna plays for Penn
State; Van Sickle, for Marquette.
