Clarion University sophomore, Jared Schmader, Cooperstown, has won three invitationals this Fall.  He won the Hal Hansen at Clarion Oaks with 74-67—141; the Wheeling Jesuit at Moundsville CC (WV) with 75-65—140, and the California (PA) at Cedarbrook with 70-69—139.  Schmader graduated from Maplewood High School in 2007. 

These wins result in an exemption for qualifying for the 2009 West Penn Amateur at Allegheny and consideration for the Frank Fuhrer, III, Collegiate Player of the Year Award for the 2008-09 season.
