As the 2009-10 school year begins, it's counter-intuitive
for students to think about college scholarships for
2010-2011. However, 2010-2011 applications for WPGA
scholarships are due September 30, earlier than previous
years for administrative reasons. To be eligible for
financial assistance from the WPGA Scholarship Fund,
candidates must be employed for two seasons at WPGA Member
Clubs in any capacity--golf shop, club house, green crew,
tennis, pool, or caddying. The scholarships are $3000
annually or more for tuition. Application forms can be
secured by contacting the WPGA office.
