Van Sickle wins PGA Tour pre-qualifier

Gibsonia's Mike Van Sickle fired 72-64-69-64--269, eleven under par, to finish first in the PGA Tour's Pre-Qualifying at Yankee Hill Country Club in Lincoln, Nebraska, September 16-19. He advances to the Tour's First Stage in late October. Additional information is available on the web-sites of Marquette University, Mike's alma mater, or the PGA Tour.
