The official active season of the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association will begin on Thursday, April 1, 2010. At this time and until Sunday, October 31, 2010, all scores played in the Western Pennsylvania region are acceptable for handicap purposes. Please complete a successful transmission to the GHIN Service to unlock score posting.

All revision effective dates occur on Wednesdays, with the exception of inactive season revisions, that will occur on the 1st and the 15th in the months of November and December.

The USGA Handicap System, effective January 1, 2008, is in effect.
