In Memoriam - Richard Heckel

Scholarship alumnus Richard Heckel, who caddied at Edgewood and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1954, passed away earlier this week at age 78. Heckel's engineering career included three decades as a professor at the prestigious Michigan Tech University in Houghton, in that state's Upper Peninsula. Heckel was a consistent and significant contributor the the Scholarship Fund.
