DeGol makes match play in USGA Amateur Public Links

Hollidaysburg's Anthony DeGol, medalist and qualifier in the USGA Amateur Public Links Sectional at Lindenwood on June 2, played well at the national championship. He shot 72-73--145 at Oregon's Bandon Dunes Resort Course, easily qualifying for match play. The Penn State golfer then lost in the first round to Kevin Miller, Dover, OH, 3&2.
