Four added to Scholarship group

The Scholarship Committee selected four new students, all who will begin as freshmen this Fall, 2014 semester. They will receive tuition scholarships of $4000 per school year. All are high school seniors who will graduate this spring.

The recipients are Nathaniel Edenfield, New Salem, a food server at Duck Hollow. He attends Uniontown High School. He will major in engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.

Natalie Garda, Pittsburgh, a pool guard at South Hills. She attends Baldwin High School. She will major in biomedical engineering at either Carnegie Mellon University or University of Pittsburgh.

Alexxis Langton, Aliquippa, a caddie at Allegheny. She attends Hopewell Senior High School. She will be a physician’s assistant major at Duquesne University.

Emily Veeck, Sewickley, a food server at Sewickley Heights. She will graduate this spring from Quaker Valley High School. She will major in chemistry at William & Mary College this Fall.

Graduating this spring are Jenna Gordon, The Country Club (Meadville), Edinboro University (PA), Kelsey Moss, New Castle, University of Pittsburgh, and Lauren Turosik, Nemacolin, California, PA.
