Rachel Rohanna’s quest for a 2016 LPGA Tour card received a big boost this weekend when she tied for 4th during the Symetra Tour’s Greatlife Challenge at Willow Run Golf Club in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The Waynesburg native fired 72-67-64-73—276. This event is the tour’s second largest purse and Rohanna won $9684. Her third round 64 was the tournament’s best score. She was tied for the lead heading into the final round, but her round of 73 resulted in her finishing four behind the winner, Caroline Westrup.

Rohanna moved to 7th from 11th on the Symetra Tour’s money list with just under $50,000 in winnings. The top ten receive LPGA Tour cards for the upcoming season. The Symetra Tour has five events left on their schedule. Rohanna has recorded one win and five top tens. She has been within or near the top ten on the money list most of the season.
