Tim Manwaring joins the WPGA staff

The Western Pennsylvania Golf Association has hired Tim Manwaring as the Director of Communications & Outreach. His primary duties will include directing the WPGA communications programs and managing WPGA publications and media, among other responsibilities.
“I am very excited to get to work with the WPGA,” Manwaring said. “Western Pennsylvania has a deep history within the game of golf giving us a wonderful opportunity to continue to grow the sport.”
A New Hampshire native, Manwaring was a 2016 graduate from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York with degrees in Business Management and Economics. He was also a member of the school’s golf program. Most recently, Manwaring completed a P.J. Boatwright Internship with the New Hampshire Golf Association.
“We’re very glad to have Tim join our staff,” Terry Teasdale, WPGA Executive Director, said. “He brings a lot of expertise to the position and we look forward to his contributions.”
