MEADVILLE — The third and final WPGA Senior Series competition of 2026 is set for Thursday at The Country Club of Meadville.
The 18-hole stroke play competition will feature 40 players across three divisions, with Senior, Super-Senior and net competitions in play.
The first Senior Series event of the season was contested at Hannastown Golf Club on April 27, where David Brown captured the Senior Division title after defeating reigning WPGA Senior Amateur champion Artie Fink in a playoff. Alan English earned the Super-Senior Division title, while Robert Strom claimed the Net Division following a scorecard playoff over Pat Petit.
The second Senior Series was held at Latrobe Country Club in July, with pals Alan English and R.T. Walker taking home titles. Ray Marsh was victorious in the Net division.
All three winners from Latrobe Country Club will be in Thursday’s field in Meadville, with play set to begin at 8:00 a.m. The final group will tee off at 10:20 a.m.
